Abraham Haddaad, a leader of a small international terrror group has remained under the radar for all of his life.  He was born and raised in Kazakhstan he has been involved with several organizations and has eventually formed his own band of idealists that have performed several small scale acts of terror.  Starting with small scale bombings and attacks on foriegn governments, sabotaging military information.

 The group has been becoming more and more well known with the developement of the U.S. involvement in Iraq and Iran.  They have been underground since the existance of the Taliban and have been assisting in the tansportation and distribution of weapons to multiple terrorist groups.  They have branches that are connected with exiled communist parties that remain intact from the cold war's Soviet Union. Because of their ties with multiple organizations they remain on the side lines of most affairs and make bennificial trades with these organizations suppling weapons and transportation in exchange for support in their efforts to establish their organization in over thirty countires and steal several governements military information.  They have made a large proposal to these groups that by assissting in their raids on governemnt buildings they promise to develope a weapon capable of ending U.S. involvment in foreign affairs.

 Because of the increasing involvement of terrorist cells in U.S. affairs the CIA is forced to try and dig up more about all the underground terrorist cells that may pose a threat to U.S. security.  During this process they begin hearing more and more about a particular group that claims to be developing a nuclear weapon and has been forming alliances with multiple organizations that pose a threat to the U.S.

  During the course of their intelegence gathering the Iranian government announces its developement of Thermonuclear weapons.  This causes serious fears for the U.S. goverment, and more advanced intelegence units are activated.  Near the same time period the U.S. Intelegence specialists gather information on the Al-Queda and the Taliban who begin attempting to produce their own nuclear weapons.

In an attempt to discover where these organizations could be getting the materials needed to develope a nuclear weapon, the CIA begins searching for a third party that could be suppling the materials.  Their number one priority is to ensure that transportation of these materials is impossible.

The CIA and UN forces begin monitoring imigrants that travel through areas of Europe and Russia for traces of Urainium and Plutonium.  They capture an Al-queda member trying to carry 120 kilograms of highly enriched Urainium through the German border and interogate him.  Most of his information proves useless, except for several details he reveals about a project that several organizations are a part of and the head of the underground project being a small arms dealer who the CIA has hardly ever heard of.

 Abraham Haddad has utilized his relations with several terrorist groups and has supported their efforts with his access to old soviet supplies.  He has also formed a small united group that has started a small thermonuclear arms project.  Working covertly with parts of Iran's Government and supplying North Korea with requested Nuclear supplies.  They have planned and formed a small alliance that runs through nearly all involved countries.  Using several  covers like the war in afghanistan to distract from their development of a thermonuclear weapon.  They begin finding memebers of foreign government organizations and paying them off to perform their sabotage and other unconventional operations.  Paying off several members of the German KSK to obtain several hundred more Kilograms of  highly eneriched Uranium .  Reports now worry CIA officials from gathered intel inside several terrrorist cells that Abraham Haddaad has made promises to multiple terrorist cells to generate a nuclear weapon capable of demolishing the united states in several different detonations.  Mole's in many terrorist cells have reported that he promises to do so if these organizations swear thier alligiance to his group.  He also promises to deliver more support for thier forces if they will support his efforts and help obtain the needed devices.  In many reports his allied cells have sworn to aid him with their military resources and forces.
